Local Suspect in Mesquite house shooting arrested in Las Vegas after week on the run December 18, 2018 Utah Channel 3 Juan Luis Navarro, 23, was arrested in Vegas on Dec. 14 following more than a week on the run. Police say he shot into a house in Mesquite.
