Local Doomsday-fearing Utahn whose bunkers exploded in Brian Head Fire is charged August 10, 2018 Utah Channel 3 Richard Batt of Parowan was charged with recklessness with an incendiary device. His bunkers filled with grenades exploded in the Brian Head Fire.
