Digital Photography, Pixels vs Print Size

I, like many people who use digital cameras and smartphones, like to enlarge my digital photos. I like to know how large I can make my photographs without losing image quality. Based upon the megapixel count of the photo, the following table shows how much you can enlarge your digital photographs depending on the pixel settings on your camera or smartphone. I’ve enlarged many of my photos using this table and have been extremely pleased with the results. The numbers in the table show the number of pixels per inch in the enlarged photo. The larger the number, the better the quality of the enlargement.
