Traffic alert: Serious injury crash affecting traffic on I-15 in Cedar City

CEDAR CITY — A rollover on southbound Interstate 15 in Cedar City is currently causing some delays for motorists.

The crash was reported just after 4 p.m. near mile marker 54 on northbound I-15. People involved reportedly suffered serious injuries.

A Cedar City News reporter passing the scene said a single vehicle was rolled on the west side of the interstate.

The road impact is expected to be cleared by approximately 5 p.m., according to the Utah Department of Transportation. In the meantime, some delays in the area of the crash are expected as first responders tend to the scene.
