Uncle of missing 5-year-old Utah girl charged with aggravated murder; possible remains located Wednesday

Alex Whipple, the 21-year-old uncle of 5-year-old Elizabeth Shelley, who was reported missing in Logan, Utah, has been charged with aggravated murder.
